Rubber lining for the mills of the second and third grinding stages with central discharge and grate discharge. The diameter of grinding balls is up to 80 mm.

The common lining “lifter – plate” can be supplied with different variants of sets. It depends on technological aims and working conditions.

OVER METAL ADVANTAGES

Overall application of the unique properties of rubber as a lining material allows to obtain significant advantages over metal:

- corrosion elimination, increased anti-friction properties, high concussion resistance;

- cost-effectiveness. The price of one hour of operation is 2-2,5 times lesser than the metal lining;

- less wear, that means longer service life. Depending on operating conditions, service life of rubber lining exceeds the service life of metal lining by 1,5 to 2,5 times;

- reduced consumption of grinding elements. World experience of operating mill rubber lining indicates 1,1-1,5 times decrease in application rate of grinding elements;

- weight reduction, that means improving operational performance. The weight of the rubber lining is 5-6 times lesser than the metal. It reduces the pressure on the backing bearings of the mill, decreases wear and saves power by 1,5-2 %;

- easy installation (dismantling), that means increasing equipment availability coefficient. Installation (dismantling) of the rubber lining reduces time consumption by 3-4 times, also decreasing current inspection and repair time;

- reduced noise and vibration. Rubber lining reduces noise levels by 2-3 times, thereby improving working conditions at the workplace.
